职位介绍: Job Summary / Purpose (Condensed) Oversee full back-of-house store operations to deliver premium customer service per brand standards. Support regional operations in rolling out corporate policies, KPIs and sales initiatives, and liaise cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors. Core Responsibilities Policy & Compliance Master all corporate rules, assist the Store Manager in full implementation, deliver regular team training, escalate compliance risks, and enforce standards for internal staff and third-party suppliers. Team Leadership Manage staffing schedules, recruit, onboard and coach teams to hit KPIs. Conduct regular performance reviews, foster a positive working culture, and align all staff with brand vision and messaging. Inventory Control Supervise proper merchandise care, rationalise backroom storage, oversee stock transfers, consignments and repairs, coordinate with logistics and merchandising teams, and organise full & cycle stocktakes with discrepancy reconciliation. Flag overstock risks timely. Store Admin & Cash Operations Monitor adherence to cash handling protocols, verify accurate POS transactions, complete daily audit filing, and investigate cash discrepancies. Facility, Safety & Aftersales Maintain high standards for in-store maintenance, coordinate renovations, manage tailoring & aftersales workflows. Oversee IT equipment, health & safety, security and loss prevention protocols, and act as the key contact for external vendors. Project Delivery Support pop-ups, in-store events and operational projects, review rollout plans to minimise business disruption, deliver relevant team training and deliver projects on agreed timelines. Required Competencies Strong operational planning, crisis management and organisational skills; solid people leadership & talent development capability. Commercial-minded with luxury retail management experience preferred. Experienced in admin & cash control; SAP proficiency a plus. Skilled in Microsoft Office, positive, flexible and able to work under high-traffic pressure; fluent English preferred.
