职位介绍: The Retail Operation Supervisor will support Retail Operation Manager to drive operation excellence, customer experience and ultimately driving sales results. This role will partner with the retail stores and service provider to ensure operation aspects of the business are organized and maintained. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Process Management: - Assist in developing and refining store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor compliance, and propose improvements based on regular reviews. - Store Support & Auditing: Conduct remote audits to ensure SOP adherence and support training rollouts. Data Analysis & Reporting: - Collect store operational data (sales, inventory, TPLH, customer feedback, etc.), draft periodic performance reports and dashboards. - Assist the Operations Manager in preparing the weekly business report, competitor report, consolidating store performance highlights and action points. - Monitor and track store operational expenses against budget, flag variances, and support cost-control initiatives. - Incentive & Commission Administration: Support the calculation, validation, and communication of store staff commission and incentive programs. Store Operation: - Store Order Management: Oversee and process store material orders (marketing collateral, stationery, uniforms, supplies, etc.), ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy. - Stock Transfer Coordination: Assist in handling inter-store transfer requests, timely fulfilling product movement needs. - Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with store managers and vendors to schedule and follow up on store maintenance, repairs, and facility issues. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Retail Training, Merchandising, Marketing, and Logistics teams to execute operational projects and initiatives. - Ad-hoc documentation support. KEY SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE - 5+ years of operation experience in international retail brand, fashion / lifestyle brand preferred. - Bachelor’s degree or above - Professional with MS Office software - Experience with working on store opening & closures - An active team player and service mindset - An exceptional eye for detail, strong organizational skills and a system-oriented mindset - Willing to work under pressure with challenging deadlines - Fluent in both oral and writing English Working Conditions: Office environment with some travel
