职位介绍: Retail Operations Manager Group: Luxury Beauty Division Work Location: Shanghai, China Position Purpose The Retail Operations Manager optimizes retail efficiency, drives strategic business growth and maintains consistent operational standards across all domestic stores. You will utilize data for sales forecasting & performance analysis, localize and implement global SOPs, manage inventory to maximize product availability and minimize waste, lead end-to-end new store opening projects, provide comprehensive administrative & cross-functional support, and continuously upgrade retail workflows to boost profitability and achieve corporate targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis & Sales Forecasting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build automated data dashboards for data-driven decision making. Partner with retail leadership to set annual & monthly sales targets and core KPIs. Develop long-term sales forecasts incorporating new product launches and store renovation plans. Compile comprehensive reports covering commission, store consumption, retail expense, customer service and full KPI performance analysis. 2. SOP Localization & Retail Training Adapt global retail standards into localized SOPs and roll out across all stores. Develop training materials and organize onboarding & regular skill training for frontline staff. Lead nationwide rollout of global retail projects, digital systems and internal policies, and ensure full compliance with corporate regulations and local laws. 3. Full-Cycle Inventory Management Cooperate with demand planning & supply chain teams to finish annual production forecasting, new product stock allocation and replenishment schedules. Supervise weekly cycle counts and annual stock audits to guarantee high stock accuracy. Control store sample & material consumption to reduce unnecessary waste. Manage forecasting, procurement and distribution of retail visual props while strictly controlling related costs. 4. New Store Opening Management Develop business case and P&L forecast for new store projects together with finance team. Host design brief meetings and deliver customized store design plans matching local consumer profiles. Organize systematic training for newly recruited store teams. Complete pre-opening preparation including stock allocation, store supplies procurement and internal system setup, coordinate all departments to achieve smooth store handover with store managers & regional retail managers. 5. Administration & Vendor Management Be fully responsible for rental, property fee, utility payment and all landlord-related affairs. Support stores with contract administration and employee system access management. Process vendor purchase orders and supervise outsourced service suppliers. Ensure all administrative tasks and special projects are completed accurately and on schedule. 6. Cross-Department Communication & In-Store Support Act as the core liaison connecting store teams, headquarters and global retail teams. Lead the launch and upgrade of retail operation systems. Cooperate with IT, finance and other departments to resolve operational & system issues promptly. Conduct regular store visits to collect frontline feedback, manage expense control, incentive program implementation and store staffing arrangement. 7. Continuous Business Optimization Monitor store performance and existing operation systems to identify operational pain points. Design sales growth strategies and team incentive frameworks. Propose feasible optimization plans and lead cross-functional implementation of process upgrades. Take charge of ad-hoc retail projects assigned by senior leadership.
