职位介绍: Develop Marketing Communication Strategy 1. Develop comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience. 2. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events. 3. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning. Brand Management 1. Manage and enhance the brand image and identity in the Chinese luxury retail market. 2. Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards across all marketing communication materials. 3. Monitor market trends and consumer insights to continuously refine brand positioning and messaging strategies. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management 1. Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website development, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising. 2. Manage social media platforms and content strategy to engage with target audiences and enhance brand visibility. 3. Analyze digital marketing metrics and performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Public Relations and Media Relations 1. Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders. 2. Develop PR strategies and manage media relations to secure positive coverage and enhance brand reputation. 3. Coordinate press events, product launches, and media interviews to maximize brand exposure and awareness. Marketing Budget Management 1. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. 2. Monitor marketing expenses and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. 3. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies in marketing spend while maintaining quality and impact. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in the luxury retail industry or with foreign brands. 3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth. 4. Strong understanding of Chinese consumer behavior, market trends, and cultural nuances in luxury retail. 5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 7. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media analytics, and email marketing. 8. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies. 9. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with international and local teams.
