职位介绍: Strategy & Proposition – Lead planning and execution of client positioning strategies for HACN RBW business; define compelling value propositions, product/service offerings, and customer experience for target segments in partnership with stakeholders. Ecosystem & Partnerships – Collaborate with HASE stakeholders to build cross-boundary service capabilities; develop and maintain a differentiated partnership pipeline to drive acquisition and portfolio engagement. End-to-End Lifecycle Management – Oversee the full customer journey from onboarding, activation, and engagement to retention, ensuring a hassle-free experience; leverage data analytics and client feedback to refine retention and growth strategies, enhancing value and satisfaction. Process & Efficiency – Monitor workflows and operational processes to ensure effective execution and optimal resource allocation. Brand & Marketing – Lead the marketing and branding team to develop and execute strategies that support revenue and business objectives; manage creative development, content production, media, and frontline engagement; own internal and external agency relationships to deliver impactful, aligned communications. Insights & Benchmarking – Conduct data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking to ensure marketing capabilities and outputs meet international industry standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) and external partners, fostering trust, collaboration, and accountability. Compliance & Risk – Strictly adhere to all legal and compliance requirements; ensure operational controls and risk management mechanisms are effectively in place. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields. 10+ years of business or marketing experience in China's financial services or banking sector. Proven track record in customer proposition, segment management, acquisition and engagement strategies, and portfolio management; solid experience in brand, segment, or product marketing. Seasoned leader with strong communication and influencing skills, capable of driving diverse internal and external stakeholders. Customer-centric with deep understanding of banking and wealth customer behaviors and needs. Highly attuned to market dynamics, key trends, and innovation areas. Strong business acumen with strategic planning and project management skills; hands-on problem solver. Effective cross-functional collaborator, able to foster alignment across the organization. Entrepreneurial mindset – passionate about challenging the status quo and embracing test-and-learn approaches.
