职位介绍: Key Responsibilities: - Leads the marketing team in the market with a clear vision regarding Brand strategies by defining strategic opportunities, conducting insightful and fact-based analysis as well as delivering recommendations to the team to ensure synergy of communications across the region and sharing of best practices. - Develops and builds the brand to increase market awareness and presence and drives brand growth through strong integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing strategies. - Develops overall strategic direction for Branding, Media Planning, PR, Event and Digital Marketing. - Develops strategic plans for product launches and promotions as well as ensuring that the"Brand Experience" is embedded at every point of consumer interaction. - Oversees the planning, implementation and development of new marketing ideas in local countries. - Optimize resource allocation including budget allocation and control. The Successful Applicant. - University graduate in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines. - Minimum 12 years experience in public relations & communications with at least 8 years proven strategic consulting experience in a senior position preferably gained from the advertising agency or multi-national organization. - In depth working knowledge of Internet, direct and digital marketing at a regional level. - Knowledge of luxury fashion business preferable, but not a must. - Creative, proven ability to be visionary and a practitioner of the best ideas. - With a proven track-record in brand development and experience in creating strategies. - Have a hands on approach, an ability to influence and inspire others and the capability of building and managing a team. - Strong business acumen with quantifiable results. - Self-motivated and flexible to work in a highly matrix environment over a wide geographic scope. - Excellent communication skills. Fluency in both written & spoken English & Chinese.
