职位介绍: This role is responsible for developing and executing Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies that align with the company’s brand values and business objectives. This role requires a seasoned IMC leader with a proven track record in both product and brand campaigns and lead the team to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable business impact. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY • Product Communication Strategy & Positioning - Strategically define clear and differentiated product communication positioning and messaging frameworks for hero products and seasonal campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels and markets. • Integrated Campaign Leadership (IMC) - Lead end-to-end IMC campaigns (brand + product), including budget allocation, cross-channel execution, deliverable management, and KPI tracking (awareness, engagement, ROI, etc.). • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with digital, PR, social, media, and creative teams internally to drive integrated efforts that maximize campaign reach and effectiveness. • Global & Local Alignment - Coordinate with the global brand marketing team to secure strategy, content, and asset support, while ensuring local market relevance and compliance. • Agency & Vendor Management - Source and manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners, driving performance, efficiency, and innovation. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. • Experience: 10+ years in product/brand marketing or brand communication, with hands-on IMC experience. Experience in the outdoor, sports, or fashion industries is a strong plus. • Product Marketing: Deep expertise in product launch marketing, including hero product storytelling and go-to-market strategy. • Industry Passion: Genuine interest in and knowledge of outdoor activities. A personal desire to participate in and learn about the outdoors is highly valued. • Soft Skills: Resilient, hands-on, able to perform under pressure, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
