职位介绍: Digital Strategy Development 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience in the Chinese luxury retail market. 2. Identify digital channels and platforms suitable for reaching and engaging with the target audience effectively. 3. Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. Content Creation and Management 1. Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and graphics. 2. Ensure that digital content is aligned with brand messaging, SEO best practices, and cultural sensitivities in the Chinese market. 3. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience. Social Media Management 1. Manage and optimize the brand's presence on social media platforms including WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and Little Red Book. 2. Develop social media content calendars and posting schedules to maintain consistent engagement with followers. 3. Monitor social media trends, conversations, and feedback to identify opportunities for content creation and community engagement. Performance Analysis and Optimization 1. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns including website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI. 2. Use data insights to identify areas for optimization and improvement in digital marketing strategies and tactics. 3. Implement A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and effectiveness. Budget Management and Reporting 1. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different channels and campaigns based on performance and ROI. 2. Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. 3. Communicate digital marketing initiatives and results to stakeholders and senior management, providing visibility into the impact of digital efforts on business objectives. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the luxury retail industry or with foreign brands operating in China. 3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools relevant to the Chinese market, including WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, and Douyin. 4. Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 5. Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling, able to create engaging and compelling digital content. 6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 8. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate and write effectively in both languages. 9. Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
