职位介绍: Key Responsibilities Retail Performance Management Drive the achievement of sales targets across all assigned stores and counters. Monitor and analyze key retail KPIs including sales revenue, average transaction value, conversion rate, units per transaction, BA productivity, and inventory turnover. Develop and implement action plans to continuously improve retail productivity and performance. Lead performance acceleration during key commercial moments, including major promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations. Team Leadership & Capability Development Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of Store Managers and Beauty Advisors (BA) within the region. Provide regular coaching, in-store training, and field support to elevate selling skills, product knowledge, and service excellence. Foster a strong performance-driven culture and cultivate a high-engagement retail team. Build a strong talent pipeline and support succession planning while retaining key talent. Retail Operations Excellence Ensure strict execution of brand visual merchandising standards and luxury retail guidelines across all counters and stores. Oversee inventory management, replenishment planning, and product assortment optimization. Minimize stock loss and manage slow-moving inventory to maintain healthy stock levels. Conduct regular store visits and operational reviews to ensure consistent retail excellence. Client & CRM Management Drive VIP acquisition and client development initiatives across the region. Ensure effective execution of CRM programs to increase customer loyalty, repurchase rate, and lifetime value. Continuously enhance the client journey and elevate in-store service experience. Channel & Partnership Management Build and maintain strong relationships with department store and shopping mall partners. Collaborate with retail partners to secure premium counter locations, visibility, and marketing support. Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5 years of retail experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry, with at least 3 years managing multiple stores or counters. Strong understanding of department store and shopping mall retail operations. Proven ability to drive sales performance through data analysis and action planning. Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities. Highly results-driven with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
