职位介绍: Key Responsibilities: 1.Support Product Line roadmap execution by preparing materials, maintaining action lists, and following up on agreed deliverables with key stakeholders. 2.Collect and consolidate market/segment voice (customers, sales units, competitors), and translate inputs into structured requirements & product briefs. 3.Coordinate cross-functional execution for product development activities (e.g., Business & Product Development, manufacturing units, quality, supply chain) and track timing, cost and scope against plan. 4.Support new offer readiness by compiling value proposition drafts, cost/footprint inputs, and launch checklists; ensure key documentation is complete and properly version-controlled. 5.Support full value chain operation: coordinate with sales/marketing on product information, training materials, and internal communication for launches. 6.Maintain and improve product portfolio data (assortment lists, specifications, lifecycle status, pricing inputs) and support assortment optimization and new assortment releases. 7.Prepare regular reports and dashboards (market insights, pipeline tracking, launch status) and support basic business case inputs under guidance. Requirements: 1.2–7 years of experience in automotive aftermarket / product, sales support, marketing, project coordination, or related functions. 2.Basic understanding of product management or project execution processes; able to manage multiple tasks with good attention to detail. 3.Strong communication and coordination skills; comfortable working in cross-functional and international networks under guidance. 4.Good analytical skills; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint, and able to build reports and summaries. 5.Fluency in writing and oral English & Chinese. 6.Willingness to travel. Knowledge of bearings/grease/seals/chassis/engine parts would be a plus.
