职位介绍: Essential Functions: • Develop and execute strategic business plans targeting appliance, HVAC, commercial, industrial, automotive, and other strategic industries, identifying product line trends and emerging technologies to guide long term product planning. • Partner with operations to manage capacity planning and capital investments that support forecasted demand, while supporting tactical manufacturing and supply chain initiatives as needed. • Enable sales teams and distribution partners to increase revenue and market share of assigned product lines in support of Divisional and Global objectives. • Lead and influence cross functional, global teams to achieve business objectives and meet timelines. • Maximize product profitability through pricing strategy, support of key customer negotiations, and approval of pricing requests as needed. • Improve profit margins by leading cost reduction initiatives, manufacturing strategy optimization, and quality improvements. • Develop promotional tools, product collateral, and sales enablement materials to drive customer adoption. • Lead new product development initiatives to extend and grow the life cycle of assigned product lines. • Identify and develop strategic industry partner relationships. Who You Are: • Experience working in the electronics industry • Experience in product management, program management, project management, engineering, and/or sales • Strong English verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners, positively influence others, and navigate ambiguity • Comfortable presenting and promoting products to customers and distributors • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and profitability • Uses business metrics and data to evaluate product success • Self motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a global, matrixed environment • Willing and able to travel globally to other sites, customers, and distributors as business needs require
