职位介绍: 领导规划销售部整体的建立，维护，运营，协调与海外总部的业务发展及实施； To be a key driver to drive booking, maintenance, operation, coordinate with FL HQ for sales team in China. 参与并制定公司销售计划包括短期和长期，确定销售整体目标和年度销售计划，监督实施销售过程，完成销售预算，负责应收账款管理； Participate in and formulate short-term and long-term company sales plans, define overall sales objectives and annual sales targets, supervise the execution of sales activities, achieve sales budgets, and take charge of accounts receivable by management. 维护客户关系，驱动客户管理，管理销售团队； Maintain customer relationships, drive regular account management, and complete team management in FCN. 通过清晰的策略和远见，和关键客户开发中期增长策略； Develop midterm growth roadmap for the region with key customers, through clear vision and strategy. 根据公司实际情况，管理团队建设，参与制定以及实施员工绩效考核制度，各相关部门协助实施； Based on the actual situation in FCN, administrate the sales team, teams building and KPI procedure to cooperate with each key relative departments. 负责管理整个销售团队在指定的区域内的运作和管理，调研竞争对手的状况及做出相应的分析； Management of the whole sales team within assigned region. keep analysis of all competitor’s activity within region and reports this to business. 开发、培养部门员工能力，为公司创造更多的激励制度，使之完善； Developing and cultivate talents for sales team, to activate some incentive system and make its perfect. 协调中国工厂和奥地利总部在业务领域的沟通，共同开发客户，维护关键客户发展，年度价格谈判。 Enhance the communication between FL and FCN on relative business scope, maintenance, developing cooperation on key accounts. 执行管理层要求和分配的其他相关工作。 Execute other related duties as required and assigned by management. 各部门主管/经理是所辖区域环境职业健康安全管理第一责任人，要求履行各自环境职业健康安全职责。 Department supervisor/manager is the first responsible person for the responsible district in EHS, they shall also perform their respective EHS duties in accordance with the requirements. 岗位权限Limits of Powers 公司销售策略，销售执行及拓展的建议权； The right to advise on sales strategy, implementation, and development. 协调与海外总部的业务发展及实施的建议权； The right to propose coordination with FL HQ for business development and implementation. 部门是否录用新员工的建议权； The right to advise on whether to hire new employees for the department. 客户年度价格谈判价格的建议权； The right to advise on price of annual price negotiation to customers. 销售团队的管理权；任职资格 Candidate Qualifications 1.学历 Required Degree专业 Major 本科及以上学历, Bachelor degree or above 机械工程、市场营销、国际贸易等 Mechanical engineering, Marketing, International business etc. 2.工作经验Working Experience 至少10年销售工作经验 Above 10 years' sales work experience 至少3年团队管理经验 At least 3 years' team management experience 3.知识/技能Knowledge/Skills 较强的国际客户管理能力，在销售或市场方向有10年以上经验的国内新客户开发能力； Strong abilities and skills of international customer management, and Chinese new customer development with over 10 years working experience in sales and/or marketing sections. 领导能力，冲突管理能力，自我驱动力，决策敏捷。 Leadership competence, ability to manage conflicts, personal characteristics of motivations, commitment. Flexibility decision making. 英语读写能力优秀； Excellence in both in written and oral English. 熟悉使用Office办公软件，尤其是Excel和PPT； Be familiar with Micro software, especially Excel and PPT. 4.个人能力 Competencies 优秀的团队协作和沟通能力，抗压力较强； Excellent team working skills and communication skills; Able to work under pressure. 战略思维、决策力、领导力； Strategic thinking, Decision-making, leadership. 判断和思考能力包括战略和创造性，决策，意识和解决问题的能力。 Judgment and thinking skills to include strategic and original thinking, decision making, awareness and problem solving.
