职位介绍: Responsibilities Professional Tasks - Development of annual and long-term national business segment strategies - Leadership, coordination, and management of welding department employees - Support of employees in customer care and customer acquisition, maintain relationships with existing customer and handle their needs in a timely manner, ensuring efficient collaboration across regions - Team management, ensuring compliance with sales processes and tools - Manage Sales team to ensure the implementation and assurance of sales strategy achievement - Further development of sales processes in close cooperation with national and international counterparts Identifying cross-selling potentials and strategically increasing product sales - National pricing, specify customer-specific pricing - Close coordination with HQ International Leadership Tasks - Lead overall business team management and organizational development to ensure the effective achievement of business objectives. - Oversee talent management and workforce development, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. - Ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and compliance requirements to support efficient and compliant operations. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Technology, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering fields. - More than 5 years of experiences in sales or technical field (especially in welding is a plus) - At least 5 years team leadership experience - Fluent in English is a must
