职位介绍: Roles & Responsibilities • Complete closing steps OR complete General ledger postings and ensure correction of all exceptions on time for the monthly/quarterly closing or similar related accounting work • General ledger accountant: Review journal vouchers proposed by business for compliance with Group Financial Reporting Guidelines • Closing and Reporting accountant: Prepare ‘disclosure” reporting and PRC GAAP draft financial statements, including bridge from group reporting to PRC GAAP financial statements • Timely escalation of any hurdles affecting quality and timeliness of reporting • Proactively support managers in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities (quality and efficiencies, for one entity and across entities) • Be a good team player (share workload, meet deadlines, quality work, proactive and honest/straight forward communication, feel responsible for team success) Requirements • 3years accounting experience in an accounting department and/or 4 busy seasons with Big 4 accounting firm. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related major will be preferred. • Good communication and collaboration skills • Quick learner and able to work under pressure
