职位介绍: Position Summary: The Senior Financial & Business Analyst will be an integral part of the finance and the Greater China CE management team and report to the APAC Navigation Senior Advisor. The Senior Analyst will assist with the preparation of internal financial reports, monthly financial analysis materials, quarterly rolling forecast, and annual budgeting, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization. Job Responsibilities: -Assist the Greater China CE Leadership Team in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute growth plans -Develop tools to provide critical financial and operational information to the GC CE Leadership and the APAC Finance team to make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations -Work with Finance teams in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan to perform Greater China CE business reporting -Report and analyze organizational performance against both the annual budget and company’s long-term strategy, to identify underlying business opportunities & risks and provide input for operational and strategic decisions. - Support the quarterly rolling FCS & annual budgeting process by completing financial projections, templates, and risk & opportunity analysis -Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives (E.g. promotion ROI assessment, channel business modeling…) Requirements: -Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles -Experience in strategic planning and execution including budgeting -Ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports -Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions -Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings. -Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting -At least 5+ years professional experience in business finance, FP&A -Experience with budgeting, planning and performance management -Strategic/logic thinking and strong in problem -solving skill -Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning, demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis -Good communication/ collaboration skills -Fluent in Mandarin and English - Proficient hands-on experience with office software (Excel/PPT) and ERP system (E.g. SAP), experience with PBI, Think Cell and planful will be an asset.
