Job Summary The E-Commerce Development Manager is essential in spearheading the growth of e-business across China. In this strategic capacity, the manager oversees the entire e-commerce spectrum, from identifying opportunities to developing innovative strategies. This role involves leading multifunctional projects, enhancing our user experience, and improving sales, customer operations, and omnichannel performance. Key Responsibilities 1. E-Commerce Strategy for Growth: Devise and implement expansive e-commerce strategies to propel business growth, invigorate online customer engagement, and boost sales. Lead the charge in broadening e-business horizons with innovative solutions and exploring new digital frontiers. 2. E-Market Synergy: Align e-commerce objectives with broader marketing tactics to enhance e-commerce sales and omnichannel performance. Collaborate with the traffic team to dissect and optimize traffic dynamics, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and maximizing ROI. 3. Integrated E-Commerce Oversight: Oversee the e-commerce ecosystem with a holistic lens, supporting processes and workflows as needed, while continuously seeking out growth opportunities and operational enhancements. 4. Innovation and Development: Pioneer the development of novel E-commerce solutions and online customer sales strategies that amplify e-business and enrich online customer experiences. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Unify the efforts of e-commerce pillars to ensure a cohesive and horizontally integrated strategy across e-commerce initiatives. Build robust collaborations with other departments to identify and seize e-business growth opportunities, enhancing e-business performance and excellence. 6. Agile Project Management: Steer and execute strategic projects as directed by line manager and top managements, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and responsive agility to market dynamics. Qualifications 1. A proven e-commerce leader with a robust background in an omnichannel environment, showcasing a track record of success in Ecom strategy, online sales, customer operations, and project management. 2. Exceptional leadership and collaborative skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and direct reports in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 3. Superior analytical prowess, with proficiency in MS Office for data-driven analysis and strategic development. Agile and adaptable, ready to lead and implement impactful projects in an evolving landscape. 4. Good communication abilities in both Mandarin and English, facilitating effective cross-cultural interactions. 5. An innovative and strategic thinker, committed to enhancing customer experiences and driving digital and e-commerce growth. 6. Visionary leadership acumen with an in-depth understanding of the e-commerce domain, adept at identifying and seizing emergent opportunities. 7. A strong, effective communicator and collaborator, skilled at forging robust internal and external partnerships.
