Job Responsibilities • You will be responsible for the overall store operation for Tmall and JD flagship stores. You will lead one direct reported team member to achieve marketplace channels’ goals. • Be the key point of contact with the TP team to manage overall business achievement of Tmall and JD flagship stores. • Build up solid consumer segmentation plan and clearly define target audience implementation guidelines for Tmall and JD. Be familiar with consumer segmentation tools of multi digital platforms. • Plan and executed commercial campaigns and product-oriented activities to drive traffic and performance. • Play as a key role to lead the business-oriented projects and explore opportunities continuously. Education Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree and above - Minimum 7 years e-commerce experience in major brand name, multinational companies, preferable fashion, sports or luxury. Master good knowledge of third-party platforms such as Tmall or JD is a plus. Social commerce or live-streaming is a plus. - Strong business sense and tactical way of thinking - A good level of maturity to be able to handle multi-department communications and to coordinate internally - Good agility to quickly adapt in a fast-changing business environment - Good level of English in oral and written skills Competencies - Logical, data-driven and result driven - Resilient, Reliable, down to earth, quick to react - Excel and PPT skill are requested
