- Responsibility: 1. Project delivery and management incl. project team mgt./project plan/project execution/risk control/budget control etc. 2. Focus on projects of digital transformation, digital project implementation, etc. 3. Lead a team of 3-5 consultants to help clients achieve new performance 4. Business development support incl. customer acquisition, bidding proposal, quotation strategy, pitching presentation Requirements: 1. Solid knowledge & knowhow on automotive industry 2. Strong capability in project management incl. project plan, risk control, cost & budget plan, etc. 3. Deep expertise on digitization field, and understand basic technical skills incl. product prototype design, IT landscape, data management, function design, etc. 4. Deep knowhow in automotive sales & aftersales, incl. user operation, sales funnel management, digital marketing, etc. 5. In depth knowledge and understanding of typical consulting team structures, roles, responsibilities, analytical techniques, problem solving frameworks and communication approaches 6. Exceptional problem-solving ability with logical reasoning, structure thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues 7. Demonstrated leadership with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation 8. Proven digital project experiences, like digital concept design, IT strategy, etc. 9. Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively (both written and verbal) in English
