Senior Consultant / Manager – Automotive Connectivity Data Insights (Shanghai) Focus of the role Senior Consultants /Managers at Capgemini Invent are highly visible and make an important impact on our organization. They are responsible for driving the successful delivery of a project, serving as on-site project managers or stream leaders, driving, and maintaining client relationships. In this position, you will be challenged on an assortment of projects providing you depth and breadth of knowledge and experience. Insight-driven connected services are one of the key service offerings Capgemini Invent is developing now. Our value proposition is an end to end, from strategy to implementation approach. The role for Capgemini Invent is to define the from to picture, set up the blueprint and guide the implementation which will be mainly responsible by Capgemini Application team. What you’ll do: • Responsible for analysing the data application requirements and business objectives of cross-business departments (marketing, sales, aftersales, customer management , R&D, Quality Control etc.) of the automotive sales company, and conducting insightful analysis based on vehicle data and user data, designing application scenarios, and simultaneously establishing a mobile internet operation metrics system and visual dashboard. • Pay attention to the latest industry trends in customer data application in the automotive industry, conduct corresponding market analysis and competitive research based on the specific needs of the project. • Continuously communicate with business departments and support on requirements clarification during use case development implementation, in order to ensure on time development delivery, acceptance and go-live. • Responsible for business objectives definition in early stage and business validation of use case application effect after go-live. • Develop transformation roadmaps and design clients' future processes and organizations. • Identifies business issues and are able to develop possible solutions. • Test and present insights and recommendations to senior management. • Manage project execution from start-to-finish and drive team to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time). • Able to plan & budget, identify project risks, organize consultant’s assignments and monitor performance. • Proactively participate in internal business development activities and extend essential support. • Develop client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities and play an active role in the conversion of leads. We want you to have: • Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited. • Minimum 5 years’ work experience, including 3+ years’ work experience in automotive industry, management consulting experience is preferred. • Functional experiences from multiple topics below are required: o Skills in design, data cleaning, data analysis, data prediction modelling, data validation based on small and medium data set o Familiar with data visualization software such as Tableau/Power BI o Strong knowledge of data analytics programming languages, such as Spark, Hive, Python, HQL/SQL etc. o Machine Learning & Deep Learning algorithms and frameworks • Strong business analysis and logical thinking skills, with capability of quick understanding and integration of massive information and requirement input to express in detail precisely. • Have business acumen, discernment and sense of business innovation, with capability of figuring out potential demands of business department as well as the whole industry. • Good at customer communication, business plan documentation and presentation, with good expression skills in both verbal and written. • Excellent PPT writing and content visualization skills, good language skills in both Chinese and English. • Strong responsibility as well as ability of execution, communication and teamwork.
