职位介绍: 职责描述： Lead, drive and secure delivery of Human Resources (HR) activities and processes through managers in their area of responsibility.Lead recruitment and staffing to support people capability in the organization in regards of talent acquisition for company. 1. Providing and implementing frameworks, processes and procedures to ensure consistent execution of the strategy in company. 2. Lead the delivery of HR Business Plan through optimal use of HR expertise and services, in order to meet the business priorities (Translate business needs/improvement areas into HR requirements.). 3. Secure implementation of identified strategic HR activities. 4. Communicate overall HR services and policies to management. 5. Together with management team, initiate and drive HR Customer Projects. 6. Secure and follow-up delivery of HR Center of Expertise services. 7. Drive recruitment activities to meet requirements from each Dept. 8. Member of BU Management Teams. 9. Ensure workforce planning and support company in manpower planning to recruit and secure diverse talent supplies both internally and externally. 10. Offering specialist advice to HR and the business. 11. Operate according to company compliance standards, terms and instructions. 12. Other designated tasks from the Senior HR manager. 任职要求： 1. Solid recruitment experience from an international company, auto industry as a plus. 2. High level of understanding of all HR processes, channels and policies from the experience of working in an international environment. 3. Extensive experience within HRBP, Resource Planning, Staffing, Organization & Competence Development. 4. Knowledge and experience of change management tools, processes and its impact on organizations and individuals/teams. 5. Strategic thinking, result oriented and accurate in all reports; Be energetic with cross cultural competence and can work under high pressure. 6. High integrity, self-motivated and quick learner, be able to work as a team player and independently. 7. Knowledge and experience of recognized coaching tools. 8. Fluent in English both in oral and written. 9. Excellent communication and coordination ability and interpersonal skills.

张家口极光湾发动机制造有限公司原为张家口沃尔沃汽车发动机制造有限公司，坐落于河北省张家口市南山产业园区，总占地面积22.6万平方米。张家口发动机工厂在规划、建设、生产流程等方面严格遵循沃尔沃汽车全球统一的VCMS（沃尔沃汽车生产制造体系Volvo Car Manufacturing System）标准，公司规划有缸体、缸盖及曲轴3条机加工生产线、高压直喷燃油分配器装配线、内装装配线、外装装配线（含AGV自动导引小车）、点火热试台架以及的测功机（兼顾产品质量抽测及研发耐久实验），三条机加工生产线已全部量产。在张家口发动机工厂的电动机生产线项目是沃尔沃汽车集团在全球范围内启动的第一条电动机生产线项目。目前，张家口工厂首条电机生产线实现量产，产品已成功搭载于XC40混合动力汽车。
