职位介绍: Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery. Drive the implementation and enhancement of retail technology solutions, including payment, store applications, inventory, order management, and omnichannel platforms. Coordinate cross-functional teams, technology partners, system integrators, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, status reports, and other project documentation. Facilitate project meetings and governance sessions, ensuring clear ownership, timely decisions, and effective follow-up on action items. Manage UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation activities, ensuring smooth transition into business operations. Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating critical matters when required. Monitor project progress against agreed objectives and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, technical standards, quality expectations, and agreed timelines. Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with global technology standards and retail IT strategies. Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, systems, and ways of working to enhance the overall retail technology experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline. 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within consumer, e-commerce, or other customer-facing environments. Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and technology teams. Strong understanding of retail technology and store operations, such as payment, inventory, order management, omnichannel, or store applications. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external technology vendors. Strong project planning, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
