职位介绍: 岗位职责： In this role, your primary duty will be driving implementation of the organization’s HR strategy to identify, attract, develop and retain the talent needed to deliver the current and future business objectives. You will partner with the business and functional leaders in the China/Regional office in different areas, including learning & development, rewards, performance management, employee relations to enhance the employee experience. You will also be responsible for implementation of global, regional and country Human Resources policies and programs. A successful candidate will be someone who can: - Work with TA team to assure the organization can identify and attract the talents with appropriate skills and competencies to achieve business objectives. - Lead employee learning & development programs across the site to enhance the skill and competency levels to drive the organization’s overall effectiveness. - Assure organization and talent planning are implemented for organization and talent development, leveraging global, regional and country resources. - Implement the local compensation and benefit systems and processes and provide the insight internally and externally to attract, retain, and motivate talents. - Facilitate Performance Based Management (PBM) process to enhance productivity, performance and employee competency development. Provide coaching to line managers and employees where needed. - Responsible to boost employee engagement and effective employee relations by working closely with the managers and employees. Responsible for employee relations cases. - Lead and be responsible for the implementation of all the company compliance requirement, including SOX audit, RC audit, ISO etc. - Ensure global, regional and country policies and processes are consistently applied. - Lead other ad-hoc HR projects 任职资格： - Bachelor/University Degree. Advanced degree preferred. - Minimum seven years’ experience in full functions of Human Resource. - Being able to provide guidance, feedback and coaching, with the intent to help individuals and teams perform at their best. - Effectively engage with the organization in a manner that portrays confidence and is timely, relevant, and appropriate. - Demonstrate desire and ability to provide high quality of service to all customers in a responsive and prompt manner. - Being able to guide managers and employees in the learning and development process. - Being able to work in close alignment with people from other functions and to influence and engage with others to address issues, resolve conflicts and create change when needed. - Establish and sustain relationships with colleagues and employees at all levels in the company. - Recognizes the uniqueness of different situations and approaches problem resolution through a logical and complete review of all relevant factors.
