职位介绍: Job Overview Based in Hong Kong, provide end-to-end marketing support for APEC PP, PE and rubber business. Cooperate with China marketing colleague to drive regional revenue (target ~EUR 50 million, pending confirmation). Internal PP, PE and rubber marketing specialist belongs to another line with no work overlap. Key Responsibilities 1. Track APEC PP, PE, rubber market trends, competitors and supply-demand; finish regular market & pricing analysis. 2. Support new market development in Southeast Asia such as Philippines, draft entry and channel promotion plans. 3. Offer product training, data analysis and marketing materials to help sales hit revenue & profit targets. 4. Communicate with Russia global team across time zones, align global brand & pricing strategies with local adaptation. 5. Assist local Hong Kong marketing team building, sort out standardized analysis & reporting workflows. 6. Prepare regular regional market reports and adjustment proposals for management. Working Mode 1. Few business trips, max once per month. 2. fluent business English required. Requirements 1. Bulk chemical / commodity industry background, familiar with PP, PE, rubber industry chain and market cycles. 2. Capable of market analysis, pricing research and independent regional marketing planning. 3. Experience developing Southeast Asian emerging markets is preferred. 4. Good cross-region communication, able to cooperate with global team and support sales efficiently. 5. Strong independent execution, can deliver marketing tasks without subordinates. 6. Good integrity, pass corporate compliance assessment.
