职位介绍: Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AP Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive end-to-end AP experience, strong communication and soft skills, and demonstrated potential for career growth. Key Responsibilities:  Manage full cycle accounts payable operations including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment processing  Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports to ensure accuracy and compliance  Maintain vendor master data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner  Perform month-end closing activities including AP accruals, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews  Prepare and analyze AP aging reports and provide recommendations for cash flow optimization  Liaise with internal departments (procurement, operations, finance) to resolve payment issues and inquiries  Support audit activities and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards  Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency  Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed Required Qualifications:  5+ years of full-cycle AP experience in multinational or large-scale organizations  Familiarity with international payment methods and multi-currency transactions  Knowledge of compliance requirements and internal controls  Exposure to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives  Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions  Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing procedures  Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment  Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges  High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
