职位介绍: The following objectives are intended to support onboarding, capability building, and performance review during the initial period of employment. First 3 Months • Independently handle daily AP invoice processing and routine intercompany due-to/due-from transactions with appropriate review, ensuring invoices are properly approved, coded, supported, and ready for payment or month-end closing • Prepare monthly AP-related account reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations, and intercompany balance confirmations; identify open items and follow through on resolution within the required period • Support month-end AP closing activities, including AP accruals, input VAT certification updates, statistics information updates, and other AP-related closing tasks • Build working relationships with key internal stakeholders, vendors, payment team members, and intercompany counterparties to understand common inquiries, recurring issues, and service expectations First 6 Months • Demonstrate understanding of key AP/IC SOPs, internal control points, audit trail requirements, and escalation paths through a formal review with finance leader • Demonstrate strong ownership by proactively following up unresolved AP and intercompany issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving issues to closure within agreed timelines • Maintain complete and audit-ready AP/IC documentation, support internal and external audits, and respond professionally to vendor, internal department, and intercompany inquiries First 12 Months • Proactively identify recurring AP/IC issues and propose practical improvements to reduce manual work, strengthen controls, improve documentation quality, and enhance closing efficiency • Identify and implement at least one digitalization, automation, or AI-enabled improvement to enhance AP efficiency, control effectiveness, or reporting quality • Be recognized as a reliable business partner by internal stakeholders through responsive communication and practical problem-solving support • Consistently demonstrate high professional and ethical standards, attention to detail, ownership, and effective English/Chinese communication in daily work
