职位介绍: Key Responsibilities： • Develop and manage sales activities in East China (with Shanghai as the core focus), promoting vacuum-related products and high-end inspection equipment. • Conduct regular customer visits to research institutions, semiconductor manufacturers, PV companies, and electronics producers; analyze vacuum application needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Lead the complete sales cycle, including requirement assessment, technical discussion, proposal and quotation preparation, business negotiation, and contract closing. • Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical seminars for regional customers. • Maintain ongoing communication with overseas headquarters, including: o Sharing market insights and customer feedback o Coordinating technical support and product updates o Obtaining engineering documentation and technical materials o Aligning on supply, delivery schedules, and project execution matters • Work closely with internal teams (technical support, after-sales service, supply chain) to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction. • Track market developments, competitor activity, and customer trends; prepare periodic sales reports and analysis. • Support marketing activities, customer workshops, and regional promotional events to enhance market visibility. Requirements： • Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering-related majors preferred (vacuum technology, mechanical engineering, materials, physics, instrumentation, etc.). • 8+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment, instrumentation, or process-control solutions; experience in the vacuum industry is strongly preferred. • Knowledge of application scenarios in research, semiconductor, photovoltaic, or electronics manufacturing environments; regional customer resources are a plus. • Strong ability to develop customers independently, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate across functions. • Good English skills, including reading technical documentation and communicating effectively with overseas teams (both written and verbal). • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, able to manage workload under pressure, and willing to travel frequently. Ideal Candidate Profile： • Sales professionals with experience in vacuum equipment, vacuum measurement, leak detection, or process-control instrumentation. • Individuals who have served research institutes, semiconductor fabs, PV equipment manufacturers, or electronics OEMs. • Candidates with multinational company experience, comfortable collaborating with overseas product and technical teams. • Able to manage full-cycle sales activities, from early customer engagement to solution coordination and project follow-up. • Technically curious, strong communicators, and skilled at building long-term customer relationships in technical-driven environments.
