职位介绍: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced China Sales Manager to lead our domestic sales operations. This role is critical in driving business growth in the Chinese market by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams to deliver exceptional customer value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: o Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Chinese domestic market to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. ⚫ Market Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities, power design institutes, and industrial end-users. o Bidding & Tender Management Lead the preparation and submission of bids and tenders, ensuring all technical and commercial documentation meets customer requirements. o Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. o Order-to-Cash Process Coordination Collaborate with internal teams including production, quality, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution, timely delivery, and effective cash collection. o After-Sales Support Oversee post-sales activities including technical support, on-site issue resolution, and customer feedback collection to drive continuous improvement. o Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the global teams to align local strategies with corporate goals. Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to support product development and homologation. o Team Development Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning. REQUIREMENTS: o Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in the power industry, with a strong understanding of high-voltage products such as insulators, conductors, or hardware. o Proven track record in managing domestic sales, bidding processes, and customer relationships in China’s utility sector. o Experience with power research institutes, design institutes, or transmission line projects is highly preferred. o Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
