职位介绍: What You'll Do 1. Own Regional Go-to-Market Strategy i. Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Local Targeted Market, defining market entry plans, regional priorities and annual marketing roadmaps aligned with global business objectives. ii. Lead product launches and integrated marketing initiatives, driving market adoption from 0→1 to scalable growth while owning key business metrics including brand awareness, user acquisition and marketing ROI. 2. Drive Localized Growth i. Build scalable growth strategies across organic, paid, creator, community and partnership channels, tailored to local user behavior, culture and digital ecosystems. ii. Optimize marketing performance through experimentation, analytics and continuous iteration to unlock sustainable regional growth. 3. Build the Brand & Creator Ecosystem i. Establish product as the leading AI-native creative platform through integrated brand marketing, social media, PR, creator programs and community initiatives. ii. Develop localized content strategies and build long-term partnerships with creators, KOLs, agencies, media and ecosystem partners to grow a thriving local creator network. 4. Drive AI-native Marketing i. Leverage AI throughout the marketing workflow from content creation and localization to campaign optimization, workflow automation and performance analysis. ii. Stay at the forefront of AI marketing trends and continuously explore new ways to improve marketing efficiency and business impact through AI. What We're Looking For 1. 7+ years of experience in Regional Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing or GTM, with proven success building products or brands in Local Market. 2. Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, creator economy, design tools or technology products, with the ability to translate product capabilities into compelling local market strategies. 3. Deep knowledge of local digital ecosystems, creator economy, media landscape and consumer behavior, with demonstrated experience building localized marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results. 4. Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience across brand marketing, growth, creator marketing and integrated campaigns, balancing long-term brand building with short-term business impact. 5. Highly data-driven and analytical, able to make decisions based on user insights, marketing performance and ROI, while continuously testing and iterating. 6. Entrepreneurial, resourceful and highly self-driven, comfortable building from scratch, navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-growing AI startup. 7. Native or fluent in the local market language, with strong Chinese or English communication skills to support cross-regional collaboration. Existing local creator, media or partner networks are a strong plus.
