职位介绍: 岗位职责：  Distributor Selection & Engagement (East & South) 1. Assess existing distributors and potential future distributors against key variables (Scale/ Capability/Willingness) to determine their business potential. 2. Conduct stock-take at all DPs (twice a year for key DPs) and all PWs. Ensure stock and RTM transparency at DP/PW 3. Review with owners and warehouse managers their responsibilities 4. Promote proper inventory tracking, warehousing & handling, and data sharing 5. Drive distributor adoption of data traceability systems to enhance channel transparency, enabling more effective route to market management 6. Review latest market trends and competitor intelligence  Distributor Management (East & South) 1. Conduct annual distributor performance assessments based on sales volume, brand compliance, data traceability, and inventory accuracy. Utilize assessment outcomes to optimize the synergy between distributors and the sales team 2. Assist with the distributor traceability project, promote the traceability system to distributors, track the on trade/off trade data 3. Support channel management by engaging directly with distributors and influencing regional sales teams  Distributor Data (East & South) 1. Monthly share the inventory counting results with MHD China internal teams and follow up 2. Calculate distributor scan-in/scan-out incentive based on actual operating performance in traceability project  Distributor feedback management (East & South) 1. Collect feedback from distributors’ trend of markets, and key activities/actions of competitors 2. Consolidate distributor feedback and collaborate with team member to annually update and refine distributor assessment questionnaires 任职条件： 1. University graduate from a good school in Business/Marketing or related disciplines 2. Fluency in Mandarin and English 3. At least 4 years of prior experience in wholesaler/distributor management at FMCG company, including customer facing experience
