职位介绍: The Logistics Manager will be responsible for logistics operations throughout China encompassing inbound shipping, DC operation, and outbound transportation. Responsibilities: - Manage 3PL’s performance to optimize service level versus cost equation. Review 3PL’s KPI performance on the regular basis and create action plans to drive performance improvement in case of KPI deviation - Work with service provider to manage warehouse operation and improve warehouse productivity through continuous process improvement - Lead various logistics projects (e.g. DC automation, assortment flow across the marketplace, omni-channel fulfillment) aimed at developing an efficient and responsive supply chain - Maintain and optimize China inbound and outbound logistics flows while improving flexibility and service to our customers in supporting the business needs - Process map inbound and outbound flows to develop and implement cycle time and cost reduction opportunities - Ensure goals and objectives are established and executed, on time and on budget. Mentor the logistics team to enable increased competency and accountability for long term career development - Develop and distribute reports, KPI’s, and scorecards that provide insights to the inbound, warehouse and outbound logistics operations - Partner with planning and account service team to meet the supply chain operation metrics and optimize end to end supply chain flow with speed and efficiency - Educate internal stakeholders on China logistics operation processes. Leverage global and industry best practices to improve operation excellence - Work with global customs, product compliance, finance, and government agencies to meet company standards and government regulations across all aspects of logistics operation - Partner with global logistics and distribution on continuous improvement projects driven by data and analytics Requirements: - Proficient in oral and written English communications - Knowledgeable in all aspects of warehouse operation, inbound and outbound logistics operations, all types of duty and VAT exception programs, and custom regulations - 8+ years of relevant business experience with inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and process improvement - 4+ years of experience gained from working at 3PL or experience of managing a third-party logistics service provider - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate cross-functionally and lead internal stakeholder groups in solving business issues - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task as needed to complete projects within a tight deadline - Demonstrated top performance in prior roles with increasing level of responsibility - Experience working in a multinational consumer products company
