职位介绍: About the Client: A leading US retailing group for hardline products, including home, seasonal, storage, electrical and appliance etc. Job Responsibilities: I. On Time Shipments - Partner with Sourcing, Cost Engineering, Packaging and Quality Assurance to address vendor performance issues, organize regular vendor trainings to assist vendors in understanding of direct import logistic process. - Collaborate with corporate Transportation team to identify operation excellence opportunities and set up tracks to execute in Asia. - Monitor and report potential supply chain risks, for example power shortage impacts, Labor shortage investigation, Port / Customs regulation renew, local environment protection impact, weather impact, etc. II. 3PL Management - Manage relationship with 3PL and corporate Transportation team to ensure proper space availability and service levels. - Monitoring and improving vendor performance through 3PL analyzing KPI. - Participant 3PL business review to identify potential improvement opportunities to support corporate import supply chain strategy in Asia. III. Process Management & Optimization - Lead logistics team to resolve complicated problems and to improve operational efficiency. - Provide trainings to logistics team members on improving technical skills on enhancing pipeline performance and organize regular team meetings to review vendor, carrier and 3PL issues. - Enhance logistics workflow to improve job proficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure policy and procedure is clearly communicated to team and all are actively compliant. IV. Project Management & Execution - Support Senior Supply Chain Manager to make project plan, such as project schedule, status report, action list, checklist, etc. - Lead the logistic team to handle the project and control the time, quality and result, and solve outstanding issues and follow up the process. - Summarize and analysis the project when completed for the benefit of learning and process improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in logistics / supply chain management or relevant discipline - 7+ years of solid experience in vendor and carrier/3PLs management - Has the experience working in a complex global logistics/sourcing with strong understanding of retail supply chain dynamics and vendor operations is preferred - Demonstrated leadership on a global level - Extensive exposure to import and export documents and regulations - Knowledge of transportation requirements for exporting products - Knowledge of manufacturing and production planning process - Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills - Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking with the ability to translate operational data into business insights and executive-level recommendations - Can demonstrate ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and independently drive execution in a fast-paced environment - Can demonstrate ability to drive results through collaboration with Sourcing, CE, US Transportation, IRP, and external vendors - Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English - Proficiency in the usage of personal computers including Microsoft Office software
