职位介绍: JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION SUMMARY •Own end-to-end RDC operation & LSP process governance, lead performance delivery, budget control, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration and full compliance to sustain stable logistics supply and continuous operational & financial improvement POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES •Acts as the contact window for logistics related issues to the LSP •Oversee comprehensive operational governance of regional distribution centers to ensure full delivery of established operational objectives. •Formulate business-oriented and industry-benchmarked performance indicators and strictly implement corporate quality, operation and compliance policies. •Lead full lifecycle management of LSP warehousing and transportation businesses, and conduct regular reviews to facilitate long-term performance improvement. •Control logistics budgets covering warehousing and freight expenses, and proactively explore cost-saving solutions to elevate overall financial benefits. •Continuously iterate and optimize logistics processes, simplify daily workflows and reduce redundant workloads as well as comprehensive operating costs. •Build efficient two-way communication between internal teams and external partners to promptly resolve operational risks and meet business demands. •Participate in key logistics projects such as RDC layout adjustment and new product launch to guarantee stable and sustainable product supply. •Conduct on-site supervision over daily RDC and LSP operations including receiving, picking, packing, delivery and customer service. •Take charge of inventory management and DRP arrangement, cooperate closely with the supply planning team to optimize inventory structure and avoid aged stock. •Maintain internal and external customer relationships, efficiently handle service complaints and launch targeted continuous improvement measures. •Track cost consumption, deliver data analysis and performance reports, and supervise suppliers to fully comply with corporate quality, EHS and compliance standards. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS •Report to the Senior Logistic Manager – China •Work in close collaboration with RA, QA, finance, marketing, commercial, internal/external supply chain contacts across different verticals, third-party vendors and LSP FINANCIAL & PEOPLE ACCOUNTABILITY •N/A EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related disciplines. •5–8 years of relevant experience in distribution operation and LSP management, with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry background preferred. TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS •Proficient in end-to-end supply chain business knowledge, including order fulfillment, transportation, inventory management and customer service; familiar with China import & distribution regulations. •Familiar with SAP system and office tools (MS Office, advanced Excel), with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. •Possess solid project management skills, independent planning & organization ability, keen business acumen and high attention to details. •Fluent in oral and written English, with excellent cross-team communication, coordination and self-driven working capability. •Knowledge of GMP, GDP is preferred
