职位介绍: About the Role Lead IT strategy and digital transformation for our China operations as part of the global Digital & Information Systems leadership team. You will report to the Group Chief Digital and Information Officer and represent Northeast Asia on the global IT leadership team. You will oversee IT infrastructure and core enterprise systems across Northeast Asia, enabling digital transformation, manufacturing automation, and supporting global functions including Finance Shared Services and SAP Centers of Excellence. What You'll Do • IT Strategy: Develop and execute the regional IT strategy aligned with global objectives and business goals • Digital Transformation: Drive innovation in automation, robotics, and digital process solutions; oversee cybersecurity and data protection • Systems & Infrastructure: Manage ERP, MES, servers, networks, and information security; ensure alignment with global architecture • Business Partnership: Partner with engineering, operations, sales, and production to implement IT solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs • Smart Manufacturing: Enable data collection and advanced analytics to support Industry 4.0 initiatives • Team Leadership: Lead and develop IT teams across Northeast Asia; manage vendor relationships • Governance & Budget: Oversee IT project budgets and ensure compliance with global IT governance standards • Global Projects: Roll out global IT projects in the region, adapting to local operational needs What You'll Need • 10+ years in senior IT leadership roles with a track record of successful technology transformations • Experience in matrix organizations within industrial sector • Deep expertise in ERP, MES, ITIL, enterprise systems, automation, and digital integration • Strong knowledge of IT governance, data risk management, and cybersecurity • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred • Fluency in English What Will Set You Apart • Ability to navigate complex matrix structures and align global strategy with regional needs • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Strategic mindset with a future-oriented vision for technology innovation • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
