职位介绍: Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Program Management: Develop and own the overarching strategy, roadmap, and budget for the global ERP (Kingdee) and CRM (Salesforce) ecosystems. Act as the senior program leader, overseeing all aspects of these mission-critical implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and with maximum business impact. Serve as the primary liaison between the IT organization and business functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Service) to ensure solutions drive process efficiency and digital transformation. Kingdee ERP Implementation: Lead the global rollout of Kingdee ERP, including modules for Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Inventory Management. Ensure the ERP system is configured to support complex manufacturing, cost accounting, and global trade requirements. Manage the relationship with Kingdee implementation partners and technology vendors. Salesforce CRM Implementation: Lead the global strategy and implementation of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated Marketing automation. Architect a 360-degree customer view that integrates seamlessly with the ERP and other business systems to streamline the quote-to-cash process. Define and implement sales processes, service management, and customer engagement models within the platform. Integration & Ecosystem Architecture: Design and govern the integration strategy between Kingdee, Salesforce, and other critical systems (e.g., MES, PLM, HRIS, BI tools). Build a cohesive "digital thread" that connects customer engagement (CRM) with operational execution (ERP) and financial results. Establish a center of excellence for the ongoing development, customization, and support of these platforms. Team Building & Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team of functional analysts, solution architects, and application managers. Establish governance, change management, and training programs to ensure user adoption and process compliance across the organization. Required Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 5+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (Director, Sr. Director, VP) overseeing large-scale ERP and CRM programs. Proven, hands-on experience leading at least one full, global, end-to-end implementation of Kingdee ERP in a manufacturing environment. Experience in China/APAC markets is critical. Proven, hands-on experience leading a global Salesforce CRM implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). Deep expertise in integration architectures (API-led, middleware) connecting ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar technology program budgets and vendor contracts. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Global Mindset: You understand and have experience navigating the complexities of implementing systems across different regions, particularly between Western markets and China/APAC.
