职位介绍: Job Responsibilities: Develop SSC development strategies and annual implementation plans aligned with the Group's HR strategy; establish and continuously optimize the shared service system. Review and integrate the full employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding), personnel files, attendance, social insurance and housing fund, payroll, and other HR operations; establish unified SOPs. Oversee daily operations and service delivery, ensuring zero compliance risks. Build HR data analytics models; regularly generate reports on labor costs, turnover rates, organizational effectiveness, etc., to provide data-driven decision support for BP, COE, and business leaders. Manage third-party service providers (payroll, benefits, systems, health check-ups, etc.); establish performance evaluation mechanisms, organize quarterly reviews, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor labor laws, social insurance, individual income tax, and cross-border compliance policies; update internal policies and ensure effective communication and training. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. 8+ years of C&B experience, including at least 3 years in SSC operations management and 3+ years in team management. Proven experience in cross-regional employee lifecycle management, payroll and benefits, social insurance and housing fund, labor compliance, and vendor management. Strong expertise in process standardization; thorough knowledge of the Labor Law, social insurance, individual income tax, and cross-border compliance policies; capable of independently handling labor disputes and audit compliance matters. Proficient in English as a working language. Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, and possesses a continuous improvement mindset.
