职位介绍: Responsibilities: Strategy Development & Execution – Lead the formulation and implementation of the China marketing strategy to support regional growth objectives while ensuring alignment with global automotive marketing directions. OEM-Specific Marketing – Develop and oversee the execution of customer-tailored marketing, activation, and go-to-market plans, ensuring they align with account management targets, customer priorities, and regional business goals. Brand & Product Positioning – Serve as the regional subject matter expert for branded automotive audio systems, positioning them as core components of the in-cabin experience. Collaborate with account and business unit teams to recommend the most suitable brand portfolios for each OEM customer. Value Proposition & Content Creation – Translate business objectives into compelling value propositions, brand narratives, and sales-enablement materials to support new business acquisition. Drive the creation and localization of customer-facing presentations, executive decks, and marketing collateral. Cross-Brand & Cross-Business Integration – Facilitate integration across automotive and lifestyle business units, activating portfolio synergies to strengthen customer storytelling and experiential engagement. Customer-Facing Activations – Plan and execute customer events and programs such as technical demonstrations, listening sessions, product showcases, and regional exploration events, while also managing market-facing initiatives not covered by global teams. Market Insights & Advocacy – Provide China-specific market intelligence, customer expectations, competitive analysis, and trend insights to inform global marketing and product positioning. Represent regional perspectives in global planning and prioritization discussions. Agency & Budget Management – Manage local agencies, oversee budgets, localization quality, and execution standards, ensuring all deliverables comply with global brand, design, and communication guidelines. Requirements: 1. 10+ years of marketing experience in the automotive, technology, or related B2B sectors. Prior experience working directly with OEM customers or within OEM supplier/marketing organizations is required. 2. Strong capabilities in content development, message crafting, and communications planning. Proven track record of working with local agencies and managing external vendors. 3. Business-level proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken). 4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. 5. Familiarity with key Chinese digital/social platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Douyin) and relevant automotive/tech industry channels; experience in global or matrixed organizations; knowledge of branded automotive audio or automotive technology marketing is a plus. 6. Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international); flexibility to accommodate cross-time-zone working hours; eligibility to work in China and ability to obtain necessary government security clearance.
