职位介绍:  Market growth plan :  5Y growth roadmap : Coordinate marketing team to build top NBD projects / key market growth, in collaboration with Global market Directors, local Business Director and R&D director, this for the CS perimeter (B&C , industrial, Higher growth markets) for the 3 BUs in GC  Supervises the development of related market plans* on priority markets ; lead the development of the market plan for which the CS GC Market head is responsible for NBD/NPD.  Ensure the pipeline vitality and alignment with the 5Y growth roadmap and key markets  Ensure all Market actions plans* = target customers, top NBD and NPD 5Y plans, are clearly defined and prioritized by the market team shared and aligned for key sales/R&D stakeholders to implement implemented into the related account plans for target customers (2.0)  Define Top NBD for Y+1 budget and priorities ; in line with the market action plans  Coordinate follow up and tracking of NBD success ; ensure the market team participate to the global NBD portfolio reviews  Accountable for achievement of NBD/NPD growth targets  Define NPD priorities according to market 5Y targets in coordination with R&D team, ensure alignment within the Innovation roadmaps  Market offer :  Ensure differentiation of the local offer, in line with global strategy and local market positioning  Responsible for the development of best in class customer deck for market offer with support of the communication manager  Sustainability:  Develop local sustainable offer in alignment with the global team  Ensure local team empowerment and adopt proactive promotion with customers  Communications / Digital marketing:  Supervise the external communications and promotional initiatives in alignment with 5Y growth plan and key markets ;  Ensure Arkema CS market leadership in local media; monitor KPIs to assess performance;  Management & coordination:  Participation to Global initiatives and/or projects and work as a matrix organization, including close collaboration with the Global Marketing Director  Manage regular communication with the Sales, R&D and Digital Communications in order to manage NBD/NPD pipeline by market and allocation of resources. Requirements:  Resource planning and allocation in order to efficiently execute the strategic intent" "  Bachelor’s or higher degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Business Management; minimum 5 years of proven track record in Business Development, Marketing, or Technical Service within the chemical/coating industry.  Fluent in both English and Chinese, with deep understanding of local business culture and a global perspective.  Strong strategic, analytical, and people management skills, with experience leading cross-functional NPD/NBD projects and using CRM/digital tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).  Demonstrated people management experience—able to set objectives, develop talent, and lead a team to deliver results in a matrix environment.  Master’s degree or MBA, with prior experience in a global matrix organization.  Proven success in launching sustainable product offers and driving digital marketing campaigns.  Existing network within the coating, electronics, or battery industry value chains in Asia.  Marketing management experience.
