职位介绍: Commercial Ops • Commercial performance management (for existing customers) - generate performance insights by sales managers by account. Work with Sales Managers and Marketing team to develop improvement plans for customers. • Pipeline management and tracking - Monitor track pipeline development at different stages and work with sales manager to ensure clear action plans are in place for conversion. Customer Insights & Competitive Analysis • Customer insights - Collect real-time market feedback during visits, including direct evaluations of the company’s products/services versus competitors, as well as emerging industry trends. • Competitive intelligence - Conduct systematic SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) of key competitors, including assessments of their strategic intent and resource allocation. • Strategy formulation - Synthesize customer insights and competitive data to co-develop differentiated commercial strategies tailored to specific customer segments, verticals, or geographic regions—in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Special Project Management • Blue hat - Collaborate with commercial team on the developing roll out plans for blue hat krill oil products. • China relevant SKUs - lead the development of new products (ie. GB method spec, unique China specific SKUs, etc.) by actively working with global teams (ie. Houston, Manufacturing Ops, R&D) that meet local business needs. Regulatory policy setting • Work with various institutions (ie. Yellow Seas Fisheries Institute, etc.) to refine / set regulatory policies.
