职位介绍: 【工作职责】  Support the Business Readiness Lead in planning, tracking, and managing digital and IT-related readiness activities, including enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP or Oracle), MES, Energy Management System (EMS), logistics, and HR systems.  Prepare, analyze, and present weekly/monthly digital progress reports and dashboards for leadership.  Support the preparation and review of digital blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps, including system scope definition and interface alignment.  Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, finance, HR, and external vendors to consolidate and validate information.  Identify digital-related risks and opportunities and propose practical mitigation or improvement measures.  Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control across all digital documentation and deliverables.  Coordinate digital-related meetings and ensure clear communication and follow-up of action items.   支持业务准备负责人规划、跟踪和管理数字化及 IT 相关准备工作，包括 ERP（如 SAP / Oracle）、MES、能源管理系统、物流及人力系统。  准备、分析并提交数字化相关的周/月度进度报告和仪表盘，支持管理层决策。  协助数字化蓝图、技术规格书及实施路径的编制与评审，包括系统范围和接口协调。  与 IT、运营、财务、人力及外部供应商开展跨部门协作，整合并核实信息。  识别数字化相关风险与改进机会，并提出可执行的解决方案。  确保所有数字化相关文件和交付成果的准确性、一致性与质量。  协调数字化相关会议，跟进行动项并确保信息沟通清晰。【岗位要求】  Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Economics, IT Management, or related fields.  2–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, or PMO-related roles.  Exposure to or hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle), MES, EMS, or other industrial digital platforms is highly desirable.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to use English proficiently as a working language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.  Strong cross-functional collaboration capability.  Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage both high-level views and detailed tasks.  Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.  本科及以上学历，工商管理、管理学、经济学、信息管理等相关专业。  2–5 年项目管理、咨询、业务分析或 PMO 相关经验。  具备 ERP（如 SAP / Oracle）、MES、EMS 或工业数字化平台相关经验或接触背景者优先。  具备优秀的分析与问题解决能力，能清晰拆解复杂信息。  出色的书面和口头沟通技巧。  能够熟练使用英语作为工作语言，具备流利的书面和口头表达能力。  具备良好的跨部门协作能力。  自驱力强，注重细节，能同时兼顾整体视角与具体执行。  有制造业或工业项目经验者优先。
