- General Description:
The DMPK Department of XX is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Project Rep group. The successful candidate will have extensive experiences in supporting small as well as large molecule projects with in-depth understanding of how to identify rate-limiting step and impact project team.
?Serve as a DMPK representative on project teams and collaborate with project team members (e.g., Medicinal Chemistry, Discovery Biology, In vivo Pharmacology, Pre-clinical Safety, Clinical Pharmacology) and groups within DMPK-BA to generate relevant data to support compound progression.
?Effectively communicate DMPK strategy and knowledge to project teams, functional leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and influence decisions
?Demonstrate thorough understanding of the ADME aspects necessary for the characterization of modalities to support regulatory submissions.
?Coordinate and request DMPK studies in a timely manner and communicate protocols, timelines, needs and results back to team, ensuring optimized cycle times
?Mentor junior project reps within the DMPK organization in approaches and best practices, ensuring that support is aligned with project and functional deliverables
Qualification Required:
Education Required:?
A Ph.D. degree in pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, or pharmaceutical sciences with strong project rep experiences
