职位介绍: 外包岗位，该岗位为短期12个月的外包HC，非品牌直签；合同后续会依据业务情况可能续签6个月 Job scope:  Full Store Ownership & Business Target Delivery‌: Take end-to-end accountability for the overall performance of JD Nike Store, covering GMV, gross margin, market share, user growth and all core business KPIs. Align store operation strategies with Nike Greater China’s brand and business priorities, formulate phased execution roadmaps, and ensure business targets are fully delivered on schedule.  Drive operation efficiency optimization & user experience upgrade‌, covering storefront presentation, traffic operation, order fulfillment, after-sales service and user lifecycle management; maintain top-tier store experience scores consistent with Nike’s global premium retail standards.  Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment‌: Act as the core liaison across Nike internal merchandising, brand marketing, supply chain, finance teams and JD’s senior operation, category management, platform resource teams. Drive synchronized goal setting, smooth resource allocation and fast problem resolution between all parties.  TP Vendor Full-Cycle Management‌: Take full charge of the end-to-end management of the third-party operation (TP) agency serving the Nike JD store; ensure all TP delivery strictly aligns with Nike’s brand requirements and store business targets.  Ad-hoc tasks Requirements  Bachelor’s degree or above, with 8+ years of e-commerce experience in FMCG industry and 2+ years of management experience in JD full-channel business.  Possess comprehensive capabilities in business budgeting, profit & loss management and inventory optimization, with outstanding business negotiation and cross-departmental coordination abilities.  Excellent skills in matrix cross-functional collaboration, high-level business negotiation and team leadership; English can be working language especially in reading and written.
