职位介绍: Job Responsibilities 1. E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy for the brand in China, aligned with business goals. 2. Platform Management: Manage daily operations across key e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tmall, JD), ensuring seamless customer experience and brand consistency. 3. Sales Performance: Drive online sales growth by optimizing product listings, promotions, and campaigns to achieve sales targets. 4. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.) to increase traffic and conversions. 5. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Work with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries. 6. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve performance and guide strategic decisions. 7. Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction through the online shopping journey, including addressing feedback and complaints. 8. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, website traffic, customer insights, and other KPIs to management. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. 2.10+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in consumer goods or retail industries. 3. Strong understanding of China’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tmall, JD), digital marketing, and online sales strategies. 4. Fluent in Mandarin and English. 5. Familiarity with the luxury goods market and consumer behavior in China is preferable. 6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
