职位介绍: We are seeking a commercially driven Head of D2C E-commerce to lead the full direct-to-consumer business across China's key e-commerce and social commerce platforms, including Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Tmall, JD.com and WeChat. This role owns the overall D2C P&L, business strategy, platform partnerships, consumer growth and team leadership, serving as a key member of the China leadership team. Key Responsibilities Own the full D2C business P&L, including revenue growth, profitability and annual business planning. Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies across major e-commerce and social commerce channels. Build strategic relationships with key platform stakeholders and secure growth opportunities. Manage and optimize all external partners (TP, DP, RP and other agencies). Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams. Build and develop a high-performing D2C organization. Provide regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. 10+ years of e-commerce leadership experience with proven P&L ownership. Strong understanding of Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Tmall, JD.com and WeChat ecosystems. Experience in premium consumer brands, health & wellness, beauty, nutrition or FMCG sectors. Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and leadership capabilities. Experience working with international brands and global stakeholders is preferred. Fluent English communication skills.
