职位介绍: Perform hands-on daily R2D operations covering general ledger accounting, closing activities, financial reporting preparation, tax accounting and reporting, and master data operations. Prepare, review and validate accounting entries, closing schedules and reporting deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies, internal controls and statutory requirements. Closing & Accounting: Execute monthly, quarterly and annual closing tasks, including journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting and intercompany reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reporting under IFRS and PRC GAAP, including statutory reporting, management reporting and legal reporting package preparation. Tax Accounting & Reporting: Handle tax accounting and tax reporting activities, including tax-related accounting treatment, reconciliations, filing support, documentation and communication with finance stakeholders. Master Data Operation: Operate master data activities within the R2D scope and ensure data quality, completeness and compliance with process and control requirements. Exception Handling: Monitor daily workload, resolve operational queries and follow up on exceptions or mismatches in a timely manner to meet SLA, KPI and KBI requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with local finance, tax, internal control, auditors and business stakeholders to clarify issues, provide supporting documents and ensure timely resolution. Internal Control Execution: Execute assigned internal control activities within the R2D process, including control evidence preparation, documentation, self-checks and timely remediation follow-up. Global Projects & Initiatives: Support global projects and initiatives related to R2D process standardization, system implementation, process improvement, reporting enhancement and control optimization. Continuous Improvement: Identify process or control issues during daily operations and support continuous improvement, standardization and documentation of R2D procedures.
