Financial Reporting: Manage the production of periodic financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 2. Team Supervision: Supervise 2 accountants, overseeing all daily accounting operations including Billing, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Inventory. 3. Budget & Forecasting: Coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts in close collaboration with operational managers. 4. Tax & Compliance: Manage and ensure full compliance with government and local tax reporting requirements with the support of an external tax advisor. 5. Internal Control: Deploy, maintain, and strengthen internal control systems; develop and document robust business processes and accounting policies. 6. Stakeholder Management: Prepare timely monthly financial statements and regular reporting for company management and the board of directors, clarifying requirements as needed. 【Successful candidate】 1. Bachelor's Degree with an accounting major, or holding a qualified CPA/CA certification. 2. Significant experience in financial controlling, financial audit, financial advisory, or management accounting. 3. Accurate and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, and the ability to move beyond Excel to dig into raw data. 4. Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize under strict deadlines and pressure. 5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal, external, and international stakeholders on a regular basis. 6. Proactive "can-do" attitude, open-minded (ability to think out of the box), and keen to challenge people and drive changes.
