职位介绍: Mission Lead and safeguard the financial integrity of the factory by fully implementing Siemens Healthineers financial guidelines, R&IC frameworks, and compliance requirements. Act as the key finance business partner to factory management, driving budgeting, performance management, investment decisions, and operational excellence. Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting while continuously improving financial processes and controls. 岗位使命 / 概述全面贯彻西门子医疗财务管理准则及风险与内控（R&IC）体系，确保工厂账务和财务报告的完整性与合规性。作为工厂管理层的核心财务业务伙伴，主导预算、经营分析与投资管理，支持关键决策并推动运营绩效提升；同时确保高质量、及时的财务结账与报告，并持续推进流程优化与数字化。 Areas of Responsibility / 职责范围 • Lead factory budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, including CAPEX, OPEX, headcount and productivity initiatives. 主导工厂预算、滚动预测及财务规划工作，涵盖资本性支出（CAPEX）、运营成本（OPEX）、人员编制及生产力提升举措。 • Be responsible in Risk & Internal Control, compliance and audit activities, including PBC preparation and follow-up. 负责风险与内部控制、合规及审计相关工作，包括审计所需资料（PBC）的准备、沟通协调及问题整改的后续跟进。 • Perform investment evaluation and post-investment tracking and fixed asset management. 完成投资项目的财务评估及投后跟踪管理以及固定资产管理。 • Ensure smooth month-end closing, including review of orders, variances, accruals, GR/IR, billing and related activities. 确保月末结账工作顺利完成，包括订单情况、差异分析、费用计提、GR/IR、开票及相关事项的审核。 • Perform financial analysis and management reporting, providing insights, risk alerts and recommendations to factory management. 开展财务分析并编制管理层报告，为工厂管理层提供业务洞察、风险预警及决策建议。 • Drive process improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency. 推动流程优化及数字化项目实施，以提升运营效率和财务透明度。 Key Interfaces /关键接口 / 主要合作方 • Internal: Factory Management, R&D, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales, Supporting Functions, SHS Finance, GBS, RIC team, Global Finance team 内部：工厂管理层、研发（R&D）、供应链管理（SCM）、制造、销售、职能支持部门、SHS 财务团队、GBS、风险与内控（RIC）团队、全球财务团队 • External: Audit Firms, Banks, Tax Bureau外部：审计机构、银行、税务机关 Education & Experience / 教育及经验 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines. 本科及以上学历，主修会计、财务、经济或相关专业。 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing environment; experience in MNC required, project experience is preferred. 至少5年财务/会计相关工作经验，最好具备制造业背景；须有跨国公司工作经验，有项目经验者优先。 3. Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, both written and verbal. 中英文听说读写能力优秀，具备良好的沟通能力。 4. Solid knowledge of IFRS and PRC GAAP; SAP (FI/CO/MM/SD) experience strongly preferred. 熟悉 IFRS 和中国会计准则（PRC GAAP）；具备 SAP（FI/CO/MM/SD）经验者优先考虑。 5. Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills; CPA / ACCA is a plus. 具备较强的分析能力和高级 Excel 技能；持有 CPA / ACCA 资格者优先。 6.
