职位介绍: 1. Tax Compliance & Planning o Prepare and file timely tax returns (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.) for both domestic and export entities. o Research and apply tax incentives, deductions, and exemptions relevant to domestic production and export activities. o Ensure compliance with local tax laws and international trade regulations. 2. Export Tax Refund Management o Oversee end-to-end processes for export tax rebates/refunds (e.g., VAT refunds for exports), including documentation preparation, submission, and follow-up with authorities. o Stay updated on changes in export refund policies, customs regulations, and cross-border tax requirements. o Resolve discrepancies or audits related to export refund claims. 3. Accounting Operations o Coordinate with logistics, sales, and production teams to verify export-related invoices and shipping documents. o Others as required 4. Tax Reporting o Prepare deferred tax calculations o Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and tax efficiencies. o Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed. o Monitor the EBIT% to adjust the ICP o TP reporting review 5. Cross-Company Coordination o Train staff on tax and accounting procedures relevant to export operations. o Deal with inquiries and investigation for BYK China 6. Compliance & Risk Management o Ensure adherence to local accounting standards (e.g., GAAP) and international trade compliance (e.g., Incoterms, customs documentation). o Mitigate risks related to tax audits, penalties, or export regulation violations. o Maintain relationship with tax authorities / related government departments. ________________________________________ Job Requirements Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred. Experience • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tax accounting, with specific expertise in export tax refunds (e.g., VAT rebates). • Proven track record in managing accounting operations for both domestic and international businesses. • Familiarity with manufacturing/trading industries and export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, bills of lading). Technical Skills • Proficiency in SAP • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). • Knowledge of tax refund platforms and customs clearance processes. Soft Skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. • Excellent communication skills to liaise with tax authorities, banks, and global partners. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
