职位介绍: 工作职责 1. Lead the productization of automotivetest-related products, focusing onintelligent test solutions, define productpositioning, value propositions, andfunctional requirements2. Lead the full product lifecyclemanagement, including requirementanalysis, roadmap planning, functiondefinition, and iterative optimization3. Conduct market and user research,deeply understand the pain points oftesting domain, and the needs oftechnical teams, and translate them intoproduct requirements for intelligent testsolutions4. Collaborate with engineering, sales,finance, strategy and customer teams topromote the landing testing solutionproduct, ensuring alignment withbusiness goals and user needs5. Manage product costs, pricingstrategies, and profit goals, optimize thecost structure, and balance productcompetitiveness and profitability6. Establish and improve productstandards and operation processes, andensure product stability and scalability7. Take the lead in driving productpromotion and publicity initiatives.collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotion strategies,and build product branding in theautomotive testing industry to enhanceproduct visibility and influence8. Track industry trends and technologicaladuancomonte and continuouchantimiznproduct functions and user experience9. Other tasks assigned by manager fromtime to time 任职资格 1. Bachelor's degree or above, inelectrical engineering, mechatronics,vehicle engineering, computer science,robotics or a related field2. In-depth understanding of theautomotive testing industry, familiar withADAS, Infotainment, Connected Car,vehicle integration domains, andproficiency in the core logic of CLCD,automation, Al toolchain, test & dataplatforms or robot automation3. Proven experience in productizingtechnical services or solutions intoscalable and commercial product4. Strong strategic thinking and businessacumen, able to accurately grasp themarket demand and value of testing products5. Excellent communication andcoordination skills, able to drive cross-departmental collaboration6. Proficient in product planning,requirement analysis, and roadmapformulation, with the ability to promoteproduct iteration and landing withAgile/Scrum methodologies7. Familiar with productization logic oftechnical services, able to translatetechnical capabilities into marketableproducts and strong capability of market pro-motion8. Strong self-driven to work efficientlyand lead project team for issue solvingand continuous improvement9. Engineering mindset with criticalthinking and hands-on capability10. Proficiency in English (written andspoken) is mandatory, German is a plus11. Willingness to travel
