职位介绍: 1. Full-cycle Recruitment Management Take end-to-end ownership of all internal & external recruitment activities across China, with a core focus on CCT (Connection and Control Technology) VC; meanwhile support recruitment demands of other VCs including MT (Motion Technology) and FT (Flow Technology) if needed. The full recruitment lifecycle covers headcount demand confirmation, job evaluation, job brief & job description drafting, job requisition launch, resume screening, interviews, physical examination, background verification and new hire onboarding arrangement. 2. Recruitment Planning Alignment Gain thorough understanding of China organizational structure, business roadmap and manpower demands of each department, and formulate recruitment plans that effectively underpin business growth targets. 3. Recruitment Channel Optimization Analyze talent market resources; maintain, expand and optimize multi-type recruitment channels to maximize overall recruitment efficiency. 4. Cross-team Collaboration & Project Delivery Closely collaborate with China HRBP team to deliver local HR projects, including ATS(application tracking system) recruitment system rollout, campus recruitment, employer branding initiatives and other China-wide HR programs. 5. Progress Tracking & HR Reporting Update TA tracking dashboards or reports on a weekly basis to ensure steady recruitment progress, and submit standardized HR reports covering headcount status, recruitment pipeline and other relevant metrics. 6. Process Iteration & Efficiency Improvement Optimize and streamline standardized HR workflows continuously to lift the operational efficiency of all talent acquisition activities. 7. Talent Pool Construction Build and maintain a structured talent pool to consistently supply high-quality candidates within required timelines. 8. Stakeholder Communication & Demand Delivery Align closely with all business stakeholders to clarify hiring requirements, and deliver all talent acquisition assignments as requested. 9. Channel & Headhunter Vendor Management Manage all online & offline recruitment channels, internal applicant resources and external talent suppliers; oversee full-cycle headhunter performance management to hit recruitment KPIs. 10. HR Support Activities Provide auxiliary support for China regional initiatives, including TA-themed campaigns and HRBP organizational events. 11. ESH Compliance & Implementation Abide by all ESH policies & procedures, fulfill ESH management responsibilities, execute regular ESH activities, ensure daily operations fully comply with ESH standards and deliver ESH performance targets.
