职位介绍: Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities： • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. • Sourcing and Screening: Source candidates through various channels (job website, social media, networking events, headhunters). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit. • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Conduct interviews using structured techniques to evaluate candidates. • Offer & Onboarding Management: Make job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and external agencies. Promote the organization as an employer of choice and develop a network of potential candidates. • Reporting and Analytics: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, etc.) and generate reports. Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition in manufacturing industry. Skills & Other Requirements • Proficient in operating PCs and utilizing Microsoft Office and the Internet. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Excellent English skills in speaking, reading, and writing. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Strong conflict management skills. • Ability to easily and successfully work with employees and business leaders • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Creative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated with a strong passion for excellence. • Proven track record of continuous improvement • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team player, contributing to collective success. • High standards of ethics, professionalism, and competency.
